INCLUDES - 20 Square Foot Electric Floor Warming Cable (80 Linear Feet) - 35 Square Feet of Heating Cable Uncoupling Membrane for Easy Installation - Digital, Programmable, Radiant Floor Heating Thermostat with underfloor temperature sensor Model # TH115-AF-120. This Thermostat is easy to operate, 120 Volts and rated for 16 Amps. - Installation Warning Monitor (alarm sounds if wire is damaged during installation)

HEATING CABLE UNCOUPLING MEMBRANE - Installation of floor heating cable with the Heating Membrane offers many benefits to your heated tile floor system including easy installation, uncoupling and crack isolation. The Heating Cable is simply laid into the membrane wherever heat is desired, significantly reducing installation time. Tile directly over the membrane or pour self-leveler over the top to install other types of flooring including Engineered Wood, Laminate or Luxury Vinyl.

CABLE SPECIFICATIONS: 20 Square Feet Heated Area - Cable Length - 80 linear ft, Voltage - 120V, Amps – 2A, Watts – 240W, 12 Watts/sq ft, UL LISTED for USA and Canada as safe for wet areas, Cable is 1/8” thick. Heated floor mats for bathroom.

MEMBRANE SPECIFICATIONS: 35 Square Feet - 3/16" Thick x 39" Wide x 10.8 Feet Long. Rated for "Extra Heavy" using ASTM C627 Test Procedure. This means that the membrane can support tile when installed on OSB or Plywood without cement board. Easy to install heated flooring.
