Proper Preparation Insures…
Account for space between the end wall and the warming system. When you measure wall to wall you’ve measured too much. Consider a 10’x 10’ area or 100 square feet room. When you account for the minimum recommendation of 3 inches of space between the wall and your warming system the real dimensions are 9’9” x 9’9” or 95 square feet. Remember to exclude areas with permanent objects such as cabinets, sinks, tubs, center islands, etc. fixed furniture and appliances.
If you’re using an existing circuit breaker make sure it has enough amperage capacity to power your warming system. A 120 volt warming system requires 1 amp per every 10 square feet and a 240 volt warming systems requires 1 Amp per every 20 square feet. |
